Due to the NCAA Final Four being held downtown and it being Easter weekend -- we recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible to ensure you have lodging for the weekend! We have a hotel block at the Hampton Inn - please click "View" to book. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes away from the venue (Conservatory at Evergreen) and about 20 minutes from the Indy Airport. We plan to have transportation to take guests from the hotel to the venue and back. Any issues or questions, please reach out!

Shuttle
Shuttle to and from Hampton Inn

We have a shuttle to take guests to and from the hotel. Prior to the ceremony there will be 2 shuttles taking guests to the venue. Those will depart the hotel at 3:30 and 4 pm. The shuttle will then be available for guests to return to the hotel throughout the night with the last shuttle departing at the end of the reception 11 pm.
