We have a shuttle to take guests to and from the hotel. Prior to the ceremony there will be 2 shuttles taking guests to the venue. Those will depart the hotel at 3:30 and 4 pm. The shuttle will then be available for guests to return to the hotel throughout the night with the last shuttle departing at the end of the reception 11 pm.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4:15 pm to ensure you are seated in time. There will be a shuttle taking guests from the hotel to the ceremony and back again at the end of the night. Please check back closer to the wedding for exact times.
Yes! There is ample parking at the venue. There will also be a shuttle transporting guests from the hotel to the venue.
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Our wedding will have a cocktail attire dress code. Gentlemen, please feel free to wear a suit or dress shirt. Ladies, a cocktail dress or dressy separates are great. Please no jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers.
We have a mix of hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour and an Italian buffet for dinner. Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions.
Please RSVP no later then March 3rd, 2026 as we need to give an accurate headcount to our vendors.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will under your name when you RSVP.
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a date night for yourself!
