Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony is outside in a grass field. The reception is indoors (with pea gravel floor).

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking right next to the reception hall.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding is formal and mountain chic. The venue is a true ranch with pea gravel in the reception hall so be mindful of footwear.

Are there hotel room blocks available?

Answer

Yes! Please access the "travel" tab on our website to find the link to our hotel block located at the Marriott on Horestooth.

Are kids or plus ones allowed?

Answer

We wish we could have everyone join us, however only those listed under your RSVP are invited.

Is there cell phone reception at the venue?

Answer

There is very little cell phone reception at the venue, but there is free wi-fi that is available to guests.

Is there a shuttle to and from the venue?

Answer

There is, only for those that RSVP and plan to take it both to and from the venue. The shuttle information is located under the "schedule" tab. Please be mindful that it is reserved for those that don't have alternative transportation and seats will be limited.

Are Ubers/Lyfts easy to get to and from the venue?

No, the venue is up in the mountains without access to Uber/Lyfts.

Please RSVP no later than June 20th.

Will there be an elevation change at the venue?

Answer

Yes, our wedding is in the mountains so please be mindful of the altitude change.
