Bus Shuttle to Venue

There will be optional bus shuttles leaving from the front of the Marriott Fort Collins at 2:30 pm and arriving to the venue by 3:30 pm (50 minute drive). To ensure a prompt departure, please be in the lobby around 2:15pm. The buses will depart the venue back to the Marriott at 10:45 pm, there will be no early departures. For planning purposes, please note that return shuttle service is ONLY available to guests who rode the shuttle to the venue. Shuttle seating is limited, so we kindly ask that it be reserved for guests who do not have alternative transportation - carpooling is encouraged! There is also plenty of parking at Stove Prairie Ranch, with a beautiful mountain drive, if you have your own transportation.
Wedding Ceremony

This event is formal and mountain chic. The venue is a true ranch with pea gravel in the reception hall, so be mindful of footwear.
Pre-Ceremony Mingle 3:15 - 3:45 pm **Please arrive to the venue anytime between 3:15 and 3:45. Light drinks will be served. Guests will be asked to take their seats at 3:45.** Ceremony 4:00 - 4:30 Cocktail Hour 4:30 - 5:30 Reception 6:00 - 10:30
