Matron of Honor
My dang girl! We got close in 2012 when I accepted Jesus in to my life. She was the one I cried and celebrated with, and we were inseparable after that! Kaley is so intentional. We have never been to the same school and haven't lived in the same city in over 5 years but have maintained a close friendship. I cherish her friendship so much!
Bridesmaid
(Soon to be Kelsey ROBINSON!) We met when I invited myself to her 16th birthday party because I was jealous my friends were invited and I wasn’t. Hahaha bold move I know, but she became one of my best friends after that. Kelsey is someone who meets you where you are at and leaves you better than before. She’s been in my corner at my worst times and I know she will be forever. I love her!!!
Bridesmaid
Mrs. Menning is quite literally the most spontaneous person I know! Liv and I have been friends since elementary school. She’s the one I call when I want to have an adventure, or be encouraged in my faith. Liv is so wise, full of grace, and is SO funny. Her pursuit of Jesus is beautiful, and I am so thankful for this lifelong friend of mine.
Bridesmaid
Lindsey and I met though Phi Mu and really became close in spring semester of 2020 before being sent home due to the coronavirus. Before coming to Valdosta, I prayed for godly friends; ones that truly had the same values as me, and I found that in LB! From Bible studies to studying together and making homemade pizzas, she’s someone I always wanted to be around because she truly makes me a better friend! Love love love her!
Bridesmaid
Josie was my big sister in Phi Mu! Since pref day of recruitment, I knew she would always be a ‘big’ part of my life ;) When I lived in the dorms freshman year, I stayed at Josie’s apartment for one week straight just to be off campus, ha! So when I think of Josie, I think of hospitality. She feels safe and she feels like home. She is caring and empathizes so well. She is so selfless and puts others before herself 24/7!! I am so thankful God put her in my life.
Bridesmaid
When I was a freshman in college, I prayed for the little I would get sophomore year. As soon as I saw Kalin during the 2020 bid day Mamma Mia watch party, I knew she'd be my little. We quickly realized that we had the same values and faith which is exactly what I had prayed for. K lights up any room she walks in. Her zest and love for life is beautiful, and when she does something she gives it 110%! I love her intentionality. When I moved to Athens, we talked every day, 30 minutes minimum for WEEKS! I am so thankful God put us together and gave me the lifelong friend I prayed for.
