Do I have to RSVP?
Answer
Yes, please! This is important in the planning process as we finalize seating and dinner at the reception. If we do not receive your RSVP back before the first of May, it will be marked as "decline." Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about RSVPing by the deadline date. We want to see you at our big day!

When should I RSVP?
Answer
You can RSVP as early as you would like, we just ask that RSVP's are completed by May 1, 2025.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
We would love to include everyone, but due to limited space, only guests who received a plus one on their invitation can bring a guest. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my children?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, due to limited capacity, we hope you can understand that we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event with a few exceptions. Invited children are listed on your invitation and when you RSVP to the event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

What is the wedding day timeline?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 P.M. Please arrive 15 minutes early to find a seat. The staff at Pear Tree Estate, will lead you to cocktail hour at 5:00 P.M. The Reception will begin afterwards from 6:00-11:00 P.M.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be held inside. The cocktail hour will take place outdoors (weather permitting).

What are my options for transportation?
Answer
Pear Tree Estate is about 12 minutes from our hotel block at the Hyatt. Since we will be serving alcohol at our wedding, we want to make sure everyone gets home safely. We have arranged for buses to pick up and drop off at the venue and the Hyatt. There are also Ubers/Lyfts available. There is free parking on-site if you plan on driving or if you need to leave your car overnight.

Can I take pictures and/or videos during our ceremony?
Answer
We hired very talented professionals to capture our day! Although we appreciate that you might want to snap some pictures, we ask that you honor our "unplugged" ceremony. We will make sure to share pictures and videos with you after the wedding. If you would like to take pictures and videos the rest of the day, please do!
