What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that guests join us in celebrating in black tie attire! We would love to see our family dressed up with us! The Royale Melbourne is a private country club and the dress code is of importance. Ladies can wear floor-length gowns or formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear suit & tie or tuxedos. You can wear whatever color you'd like, but please avoid white, ivory, or creams.

What time is the wedding and when should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at four forty five in the evening, please arrive no later.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 1, 2025! The sooner the better! If you do not RSVP by August 1st, we will assume you are unable to join us.

Where is the hotel block?

Answer

The hotel block is at The Westin in Wheeling. You can go to the "Travel" tab on the website to book your hotel accommodations.

Is parking or transportation available?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at Royal Melbourne Country Club. Transportation will be provided to the hotel.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided that this is an adults only ceremony and reception with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
