Answer

We love your kids! However-we want the wedding ceremony and reception to be your night off. Babysitters will be provided at a private residence. Kids are allowed to come boogie at the Western Welcome Party on Friday!

If your invitation says “and Guest," then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, transportation is available from every major hotel. Please do not drink and drive. Shuttle bus schedules are as follows: 3:15p leave Hailey Airport Inn, 3:25p leave Hailey Park and Ride, 3:45p leave Limelight Hotel Ketchum. 3:15p leave Elkhorn Village, 3:25p leave Sun Valley Resort, 3:40p leave YMCA (Warm Springs).

Where should I stay?

Answer

As of right now, lodging options are very limited in the area. We would highly recommend booking private condos through AirBnB, Vacasa, or VRBO. The Limelight Hotel in Ketchum still has availability under the Pavone-Mooney Wedding Block also.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

There is no parking at the wedding venue so we ask that you utilize the shuttle service for transportation to the ceremony and reception.
