Parents of the Groom
Mom & Pops! I was such a great kid, you only needed to have one! But in all seriousness, I could not have been more blessed with the parents I have. You have supported, guided, and been there for me whether it was my hockey career ending, job changes, injuries, loss in our family, and everything else we've been through; I have always felt your love. I am so thankful to have you here on the most important day of my life and I can't wait to celebrate this moment with you both. I love you!
Parents of the Bride
Cheers to you, Mom & Dad! Somehow you did it...while there were plenty of lessons learned along the way, there are a few I learned best. 1. Seek out adventure. 2. You make your own happiness 3. Your parents are always there to catch you or celebrate with you. I'm grateful this life chose you for me.
Best Man
The man they call bubble gum! Kyle thank you for always bringing nothing but laughter and joy to my life since we met. Second grade was a long time ago, yet I still have so much fun when you're around. Between all the donuts, time at the rink, and your wise quotes on life, you've been very special to me. Thank you for always taking the time to be there and be an excellent friend. I'm grateful to spend such an important day with you as my best man beside me. Love you bro!
Bridesmaid
MAMASITA! One Halloween night at a pizza place a friendship was born. She was the first to see me serve a beer (and probably to drink one). I know I can count on Heather to be there at the drop of a hat with some blunt advice with a hint of sarcasm. She came to high school award ceremonies for me and when I left for college, we said let's talk every Tuesday....and it just never stopped. She is such a welcome home soul!
Groomsman
What a difficult job this guy had growing up! Having to balance setting a good example with making Michelle as miserable as possible -- only a great big brother can accomplish this. Gregory is a compassionate leader not just to his siblings but now his own kids. Words cannot express how much you shaped who Michelle is and who we want to be as a married couple.

When I was living in Wisconsin I was lucky enough to find someone who shone so much positivity into my life I could have puked. Miranda immediately invited me in to be her family and so her kids have become my family too. We both love travel and making memories. She embodies strength and grace in all she does for herself and others.

Matthew has always given that spark of adventure. Who encouraged us to stay out late playing games in the neighborhood?.....Growing up there is no one else Michelle simultaneously wanted to be as close to as possible but also got so annoyed by. There were countless times where Michelle was hesitant to try something new but Matthew showed how to do it, found out how to do it, or said come on you got this just do it. Listen up if you're looking for a witty jokester.

Keys to a successful friendship: adventure, goofy dancing, pushing each other to learn new things, opposite passions. Hence Melinda and me! We go on everything from "big" snorkeling adventures to small city exploration ones. I apologize if you end up seeing us on the dance floor at the wedding! I've learned so much from her from skiing to board games. My favorite passion (fireworks) is her least favorite (water bucket girl). There is no one more considerate than Melinda; she wants everyone to be comfortable and noticed. It's beautiful when I see this behind the lens, brains of the operation girl step out and shine.
Honor Attendant
22 years and counting! Everyone deserves a friend who is as kind and supportive as Jess. Our friendship was formed with the most stable foundation: bike rides, ghost in the graveyard, shared headphones on the bus walkman, high school secrets, tanning....so much tanning, and college workout classes. We have been blessed to have celebrated every single one of each other's life phases and accomplishments together. She truly is the ying to my yang.
I
Our Grandparents Jim and Mary Muir, Elmer and Pauline Paver, Dana and Michael Barrett, and Joe and Marilyn Pavelich with us and passed have taught us unconditional love and commitment that we hold close as we begin our life together. Be on the lookout for men in blue ties! Dom, Nick, Anthony, Ronald, Tommy, Dan, Ricci, and Miles are guys I grew up, lived with, played hockey with, and shared too many adventures to count! Thank you, gentlemen, for being with me on the most important day of my life. I love you guys, and your support means the world to us. Cue the ladies in blue! Growing up with only brothers, I had to wait a long time before I got to have sisters so while I was lucky to miss the stealing clothes phase, I'm so glad I get to enjoy the laughs and growing family in love phase; the Muir family has grown by two strong, inspiring, compassionate women - Courtney and Sarah. Also featured in blue -- fabulous friends! Olivia and Jess encourage me, embrace life in a way that I've grown in experience with them, and provide a safe space for me to be myself. Thank you ladies!
