Question
How do I RSVP and by when?
Answer
Please RSVP by Aug 1, 2025. You can RSVP here on Zola by going to the RSVP tab. There you will see total number of guests for your party, meal options, and a very special request from the bride/groom so be sure to look early!
Question
Will the wedding be "unplugged" aka I can't use my phone?
Answer
Yes, we ask that all guests refrain from using their phones during the ceremony. Once the ceremony is over, please feel free to capture all the moments you'd like!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Cocktail Attire/Dressy Casual: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, dark jackets and slacks with tie optional.

What time should I arrive at the venue?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm, prior to which the area will be blocked off, so please arrive by 5:15pm.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors followed by cocktail hour which has outdoor or indoor space options. The reception will be indoors.

Do you have directions, transportation, and accommodation information?
Answer
When arriving at White Pines, the far south side of the parking lot has a brown building to the right - this is the reception space. The ceremony will be directly in front of the brown building by the pond. There is parking available at White Pines. There will also be a school bus shuttle offered from two hotels (see Travel tab). Uber/Lift is also prevalent in the area. For hotel accommodations please see the Travel tab.

Will there be an open bar?

Complimentary beer, wine, and spirits will be served starting at 6pm.

RSVPs are available to complete on Zola on the RSVP tab which will show the total number of guests in your party. As much as we love and adore all the children in our lives, we are only able to invite immediate family members' children.

Do you have a wedding registry?
Answer
We're looking forward to celebrating with you on our big day. Having you attend our wedding is the greatest gift of all, however, if you're looking for wedding gift ideas, there is a Registry tab to help our home dreams in 2026. A wedding card box will be at our reception as well.
