Please RSVP by September 1st, 2025.
Please plan to arrive around 3:30. This will leave time for guests to park, grab a welcome drink, mix & mingle, and be seated for the ceremony to begin at 4pm.
No. Since our guests are staying in lodging across the city, we will not be providing a shuttle to and from The Orchard. Hood River does not have Uber or Lyft, and has very few taxis. We are highly encouraging our guests to carpool as much as possible, to reduce the number of drivers (although there are plenty of parking spots at the venue.) Please be sure to have a designated driver. The venue is only about 8-10 minutes outside of downtown Hood River.
Yes. Guests will need to drive to the ceremony, but there will be plenty of parking for everyone, and staff to assist upon arrival. When getting to the venue, please note that the turn can sneak up quickly - There will be a sign along the roadway to mark the turn. Guests will then drive through a pear orchard and turn left into the venue area.
The venue is outdoors! The ceremony will take place in a grass field. If it is raining, we will be under a tent. The dinner, reception, and dancing will take place immediately adjacent to the ceremony location. The reception space is concrete, covered, and has walls on two of the four sides. We will have space heaters, but please bring layers and dress appropriately pending the weather forecast.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
The dress code is semi-formal. If you are needing inspiration, check out our Pinterest board: https://pin.it/kREusBxz4 It may get chilly at night, so we recommend bringing a layer for after the sun sets. Please note that there is grass and gravel so keep that in mind when picking shoes!
