What are the lodging options?
Answer
If you’re planning on staying with us at the venue (The Sleeping Lady) we've wrangled a limited block of rooms. The room block covers from Friday check-in through Sunday check-out. If you want to stay longer, you can call and extend your reservation. Two easy ways to book at The Sleeping Lady: 1). What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, seating, and getting settled. The ceremony will start at 3 p.m.

What should I wear?
Answer
Attire for the wedding day is formal. The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting), so we recommend bringing a warm layer and choosing shoes suitable for walking on packed snow. The reception will be indoors, with space to store coats and change into dancing shoes.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there’s plenty of parking available, with signage to guide guests. We recommend arriving a bit early to allow time for parking and the short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the ceremony. Golf carts will also be available for anyone who prefers a quick ride.

What transportation options are available between the town of Leavenworth and the venue?
Answer
Guests can either drive (plenty of parking is available at the venue) or book a taxi in advance through Leavenworth Shuttle & Taxi (https://www.leavenworthshuttle.com). Please note that Leavenworth is a small mountain town, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft can be unreliable.
