Paul and Melora first met in August of 2019 at a North Dakota State University sponsored event called Career and Technical Education Teacher Induction Program for both Agricultural Education and Family and Consumer Science Education teachers. Paul remembers seeing a pretty girl in the room and Melora remembers wondering if the cute guy across the room noticed her. Later, after a Facebook friend request and a couple weeks of texting, they had their first date at Wings in Rings in Minot, ND. Paul doesn't even like wings but let Melora pick the place and was too shy to object. After the first date, which lasted a whole day, the rest is history!
