When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 15th at the latest so we can properly plan for everyone and their needs.

What if I need help getting around the venue?

Answer

The venue offers complimentary shuttling via carts on the day of the event to help you get anywhere you need to go on the property!

Is parking free?

Answer

Yes, there is a free parking on a dirt lot at the venue.

Can I watch the football game that day?

Answer

We know there are a lot of great games that day! You are welcome to have it on your phone, but we hope you will still enjoy the party with us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress semi-formal and avoid wearing white. We will be outside for some of the day and on grass for the ceremony, so wear appropriate footwear. Weather is unpredictable this time of year, so plan for a warm day and chilly night.

What food is being served?

Answer

In addition to the light bites being provided at the cocktail hour, we will be having a Texas BBQ dinner and a cake created by Food Network cake artist, Lily Halabi!

Is this a dry wedding?

Answer

Nope! There will be complimentary champagne/cider provided for the toasts and a nonalcoholic beverage station including water, sweet tea, and unsweetened tea. Outside of that, we are planning to purchase a few kegs and have a cash bar. Stay tuned for updates on this!

Can I smoke?

Answer

There are designated smoking areas around the venue. The use of illegal substances is prohibited per our contract. All interior spaces are smoke free and vape free.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We would love to have your little ones join us! Their names should be on your RSVP form.

Can I bring a date?

If you have been allotted a plus one, it will be noted on your RSVP form.

Will there be security?

Answer

Yes, the venue requires that we hire a security team for the duration of the wedding day. In accordance with Texas law, we will have two constables on site while liquor is being served.

I noticed there are places to stay at the venue. Can I stay there?

Answer

Currently, we are planning for these rooms to be occupied by the wedding party and immediate family of the bride and groom. However, if you have an RV there is a hookup on site for you and you can stay there. There are also some pretty sick glamping tents available for rent if you so desire.

Can I utilize all the amenities on the venue property?

Answer

The wedding party, will be on site beginning at 1pm on Friday, November 6th. If you would like to stop by that day, please let us know ahead of time. Keep in mind we will be doing the Rehearsal that day and will still be busy, but we don't mind if you come say hi and enjoy some of the amennities such as the hot tub, pool table, saloon, or pool.
