Amy loves art. It was her minor for a while during her undergrad. The Nelson-Atkins is her favorite museum in Kansas City and has some really great outdoor art for viewing on a September afternoon!

Did you know that Kansas City is known for it's Barbeque? the Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) is the world's largest organization of barbeque and grilling enthusiasts and sanctions over 500 barbeque contests world wide! That means Kansas City has the best BBQ in the country! (IMHO) If you have the means, go to Kansas City Joe's (formerly Oklahoma Joe's) for their famous Z-Man. You won't be disappointed!
