A Jaggo is a vibrant Punjabi pre-wedding celebration filled with music, dancing, and traditional festivities! Family and friends gather to sing folk songs and dance bhangra, often carrying decorated oil lamps or pots called 'jaggos.' Traditional Punjabi food and drinks will be served. Come ready to dance and celebrate with us! The event will be "Peacock"-themed.

Head covering required for all guests in the Gurdwara Sahib (temple). Scarves will be provided. Women: suits (Indian or Western), lehengas, or semiformal dresses that cover shoulders and knees. Men: suits or kurta pajamas. You will be required to remove shoes before entering the Gurdwara Sahib (temple).
The Anand Karaj is a Sikh wedding ceremony held in a Gurdwara Sahib (temple). The ceremony itself lasts about an hour, during which guests sit on the floor - elderly guests can request chairs. Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. You'll receive Prashad (blessed sweet offering made of wheat, sugar, and ghee) during the ceremony. Please accept it with both hands cupped together and consume it if you are able. We'll serve traditional langar (vegetarian meal) following the ceremony. Please arrive on time as we'll begin promptly at 9am.

Semi-formal/cocktail attire. Women: cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates. Men: suits or sport coats with dress pants, dress shirts, and ties optional. The venue features both garden spaces and covered areas - comfortable shoes recommended!
May the fourth be with you! Join us for our ceremony followed by dinner and dancing! Cocktail hour will begin immediately after the ceremony, with a beer, wine, champagne and hors d'oeuvres. A buffet dinner will be provided, followed by desserts and dancing. Boat rides on the lake are available after the ceremony for anyone interested! The theme colors will be white and sage green, with peach, light blue, and light yellow accents.
