Bear Valley Lodge

The reception and dance will be located at Bear Valley Lodge. We would love for our guests to stay with us at the lodge! There is a room rate discount if you use the code below. Enter the code in the "+ Do you have a group code?" field on the booking page (click the "View" button below, then "Book now" to get to the booking page). IMPORTANT! If you only want to book one night, you can do so through the website and the discount will be applied. However, if you want to book more than one night, the website will let you book rooms for 2+ nights, but it will NOT be at the discounted rate even though you entered the code. In order to get the discount on 2+ nights, please call the lodge (209-753-2327). The front desk hours are updated regularly on their website.

SFO, SMF, or RNO

There are several airports in the surrounding area, but all of them require a little road trip to our venue in the Sierra Nevada mountains. From our experience, SFO is the best option for flights from Canada, but it's worth checking if the other options are more suitable for your trip: 1. San Francisco International Airport (SFO) - 3 h drive to venue - Has the most flight options from Canada - Most traffic 2. Sacramento International Airport (SMF) - 2 h 35 min drive to venue - Less traffic 3. Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) - 2 h 10 min drive to venue - Coolest drive - Least traffic * Drive times exclude traffic, with traffic they can be longer
