One of our favorite spots to spend time in the summer! Our zoo features animals from all over the planet, from the lions of Africa to the koalas of Australia! It also features a really cool water park called Zoombezi Bay! The zoo is open daily from 8am-5pm, but you must make reservations if you plan to visit prior to 2pm due to park capacity limits with COVID-19. After 2pm, no reservation is required. This is truly a fun experience for the ENTIRE family!
The North Market is located in Downtown Columbus in an area known as the Short North. It boasts food from all over the world and features about 35 vendors. The vendors sell a variety of goods, from ready-to-eat novelties and snacks, to full service restaurants and butcher counters featuring fresh meat and seafood. There are also a few non-food items sold here, such as flowers, cookware, and gifts. Definitely a great place to walk around and find some pretty cool stuff that you won't find anywhere else!
