You cannot come all the way to Sedona and not visit at least one of the famous vortexes! Airport Mesa is probably the easiest to get to and has spectacular view. (Although there is not bad view in Sedona!) Patti's favorite is Boynton Canyon while Stephen's favorite is Cathedral Rock. Bell Rock is another great one to put on your list.
If you love coffee, pastries, and amazing creekside views- you need to stop here! (Make sure you park in the lower parking area though- the restaurant across the adjacent lot is vigilant about keeping coffee shop patrons out of their lot. You have been warned.
Organic, vegetarian, uber-healthy eatery. If you want a truly Sedona hippy experience, come here! We love the vibe here... especially the bohemian garden patio in the back.... We loved it so much, we even considered having our reception here, but we realized the menu was not for everyone.
The 3 things you MUST do while in Sedona: 1. Come to our wedding! 2. Visit at least one vortex 3. Stop in a crystal shop. You can't get far in Sedona without seeing a crystal shop. Crystal Magic is but one of them. They have a huge selection of crystals and rocks- each with its own meaning and healing powers. If you're looking for all things spiritual- this is probably your best one stop shop.
A popular tourist spot for breakfast or lunch and famous for their HUGE selection of omelettes- 101 to be exact!. The parking lot is relatively small and always full, and on a weekend in May, expect to wait for a table... it's still a great option if you are looking for a good breakfast spot.
