I received a save the date, now what?

Answer

Start saving your travel points! & make sure your passport isn't expired! The first thing you will most likely book is a flight to Italy. Most airlines won't release flights until this June for June 2026 and others don't post flights until 9 months before the date. As for sleeping accommodations, more information will be provided early next year regarding how many we can work in the villa and what hotels or air bnbs I'd recommend booking nearby! Start planning a European summer vacation! While in Italy you might as well make a whole trip out of it so start deciding where else you want to go!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Due to the strict nature of the capacity at the villa, along with planning a destination wedding in general, we would appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible if you think you will be joining us in Italy. If you are not able to join us, we will miss you SO much, but we completely understand it is a lot to make a trip to Italy! Formal invitations and RSVPs will be sent out at the beginning of 2026!

Do you have hotel blocks for guests?

Answer

Yes! The villa itself has 36 rooms with the capability of sleeping 100 guests. Once we know more exact numbers of guests joining us in Italy, updates will come regarding other locations to stay. Our family and the bridal party are the priority to stay in the villa. There are plenty of bed and breakfasts minutes from the villa along with plenty of hotels down on Lake Garda which is a 10-minute drive from the villa.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting formal attire. This includes midi/ floor length dresses or pantsuits for women and suits for men. We are in Italy! Wear something different- fun colors, patterns & textures are encouraged!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! As the sun will be shining (hopefully) our ceremony will be held outdoors with a cocktail hour and reception to follow. The after party will begin at midnight and it is required for that to be moved inside the Villa.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is plenty of parking!
