Now, right now please! :D
The California Department of Public Health requires that unvaccinated individuals wear masks when in large groups (even outdoors). Someone will be checking people in upon arrival at the venue, and people will self-attest if they are vaccinated or not.
California has recently relaxed restrictions, so since this is an outdoor event we are pretty good! We get to eat with who we like and have a band now. We don’t have number restrictions. :) People without vaccines need to wear masks in large groups, as per the California Department of Public Health. Someone will be there at the entrance to have people self-attest to vaccination status. No proof of vaccination is required.
We are waiting to get all gifts shipped until the wedding. Taylor is storing a lot at home for the wedding and making a lot of the decorations herself, and this seemed easiest for us!
You may arrive between 4:00 and 5:00. We will have tea, lemonade, and water out as well as lawn games for early arriving guests. The ceremony will start at 5:00.
Nope! It’s all outdoor, so casual totally works. It will likely be hot for the ceremony but cool off nicely as the sun sets. Ladies, we wouldn’t suggest heels as we will be on grass for the ceremony and dinner. Flats or wedges, etc. will definitely be more comfortable.
Totally! We will have lawn games and kid-friendly drinks out, as well as extra sunscreen on hand!
Yes, it is on site and someone will direct you where to park. If you have mobility issues, let them know and they’ll direct you on where to drop off so you don’t have to walk from the parking area.
Yes, there is transportation offered. Please RSVP so we can better prepare. If you don’t see the transportation RSVP option but want it, text or call Taylor at (405) 669-6642.
If you didn’t get a “and guest” option on your invite but have a date, please text or call Taylor at (405) 669-6642 and she’ll add an RSVP option for them. We want to make sure we have enough food and seating!
