Patrick and Jake have been friends since the year 2000, this means they spent most of their youth skateboarding, video gaming, and eating at amazing restaurants together over the years!

Patrick started hanging out with Daniel at the same time as Michael and Calen in the men's bible study and their friendship grew even more in the years after college. They had many birthday parties, concerts and man nights together playing video games over the years.
Calen Philbrook

Patrick and Calen also met in the same men's bible study alongside of Michael and Daniel. Calen is a constant encouragement for Patrick and the guys and he gives great advice to anyone who asks. He's a great father figure and cares about his friends deeply.
Austin Sumner

Austin is Patrick's oldest cousin. They grew up together as little kids and spent a lot of time at Toys R Us playing with Thomas the Tank Engine action figures.

Elizabeth also known as, "Tia Eli", is the cool aunt and is Shirley's biggest supporter. She has been like a 2nd mother for Shirley and has always imparted great wisdom and advice.

Carla and Shirley first met at FIU's campus ministry meeting but began a friendship after bible study one night. From late night study sessions at the library to Friday night youth group; they share a life-long friendship.
Irene Morales

Irene, but Shirley calls her "mimi", have known each other since 6th grade. Their birthdays are only 1 day apart, with Shirley being the oldest. Coincidentally they both moved to Atlanta in 2019 to begin new careers and had many late night study sessions but survived with great snacks and cold brew.

Jessica and Shirley have known each other since the 6th grade and both moved to Atlanta the summer of 2019 to begin new career endeavors. Jessica is Shirley's favorite chef with her signature candied bacon deliciousness and hiking buddy. They continue to live in the same city.
Dorka Marte

Dorka and Shirley met in Gainesville while both attending the same church in college. They have known each other for over 12 years and is the only person Shirley truly trusts to dye her hair. They can talk for hours and catch up on life as if no time has passed.
Michael and Rachel Johnson
Officiant
Michael and Patrick became close friends in college during a men's ministry bible study called Ironman. They enjoy discussing Star Wars, playing video games while listening to sermons, and discussing biblical apologetics. Rachel is Michael's amazing wife and has truly been a blessing to all of us as friends over the years. She will be assisting with Spanish language translation as part of the officiant duties.
