Day at the Races

If you would like to take in a whole day at the races, feel free to come early! If you're staying at the hotel, simply see the front desk for a free shuttle to the park. Or if you're driving in, go ahead and park by the Grandstand Entrance on the East Side of the facility off Wilke Road. No need to purchase tickets! There will be tickets available at the gates for those who arrive early... Just let them know you're here for the Ahern/Duquette Wedding! Gates open at 12noon. First Race is at 1:20pm!
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

The Patio is paved in bricks, so you can wear those heels, girls! Derby Hats encouraged!
The Orchestra Patio is located outside, on the opposite side of the building to the Race Track. FAMILY photos to be taken after the ceremony, so stay put family members! For guests driving in, please park by the Grandstand Entrance on the East Side of the facility off Wilke Road.
Reception
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Located on the 4th floor. Cocktail hour starts at 5pm, Dinner is at 6pm, and then it's time to bust out those dancing shoes!
