We first talked at a Halloween gathering in 2020. Meredith was dressed as Elle Woods from "Legally Blonde" and Patrick stole her stuffed dog Bruiser to flirt.

We first said "I love you" on St. Patrick's Day in 2021, a day we'll surely never forget.

As a "Covid couple", we largely stuck to a pod in late 2020, often throwing our own date parties and events for small groups.
