Hotel
This hotel is our preferred hotel for guests as it is closest to all event sites and to some of the activities we have listed on our To Do's. We have a flyer that allows you to book within our block! Group discount code is included below, or call the hotel to book the reservation! Hotel discount code is good from Thursday, September 26th to Sunday, September 29th. The welcome party on Friday is within walking distance of hotel! On Saturday we will have buses that will pick up from the hotel at 5pm and at 515pm as well as shuttles provided by the hotel that will take guests to the venue. Buses will be on time, so we appreciate punctuality! At the end of the night, we will also provide transportation from the venue to the hotel.

Flight
From the airport you can take uber/train into city or rent a car to explore the Salt Lake City area. We highly recommend having a mode of transportation as there is a ton to do in the surrounding areas, and driving around in the fall to see the changing of the leaves is a must!
