What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required.

Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided from both La Quinta Inn and The Hampton Inn to Villa Montalvo and from Villa Montalvo back to each hotel at the end of the night.

Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the brunch venue?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be available from both La Quinta Inn and The Hampton Inn to and from the farewell/birthday brunch on Sunday.

What time will the shuttles depart for the wedding?

Answer

The shuttle from La Quinta will depart at 3:30 PM. The shuttles from The Inn at Saratoga will depart at 3:45 PM.

What time will the shuttles depart from the wedding venue back to the hotels?

Answer

There will be two shuttles to take you from the venue back to the Inn at Saratoga at the end of the night. One at 9:30 PM and the other at 10:30 PM. There will be one shuttle to take you from the venue back to the La Quinta Inn at 10:30 PM.

Is there parking at the brunch location?

Answer

There is *VERY* limited parking at the brunch venue. Shuttles will be provided to take you to and from the venue. 10:30 AM Inn at Saratoga 10:45 AM La Quinta Inn Shuttles will make loops and pick up at 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM from hotels. The last departure is at 2 PM from the venue.
