Question

What is the Kuratsa?

Answer

The Kuratsa is a traditional dance that originates from Eastern Samar where my mom is from. The movements mimic the courtship between rooster and hen. It is customarily danced at weddings where the guests then try to cover the couple with money for a prosperous marriage. If you'd like to participate I would recommend bringing a couple dollars in cash, pins will be provided (thanks Nanay!) Peep my brother and his beautiful bride after they danced the Kuratsa at their wedding! https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OiIxRrFzreuldcLf-EqUv_3G1XqBe4tI/view?usp=sharing

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire please! The St. Augustine Outlets are conveniently located one exit away for all your last minute shopping needs.

Question

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Answer

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are not registered anywhere but if you'd like to give us a gift (aside from your presence at our wedding!) we would appreciate any monetary amount.
