FAQs

The Wedding Website of Jennifer Hughes and Patrick Shupe
Here are some common questions that you may have. We will add more when the date gets closer.
Question

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

You can RSVP anytime from now until June 15th (if you don't know for sure by June 15th and think you are coming just say yes we can always change it.) We just want to make sure we have enough food and such for everyone. Please, no surprise guests (since this is a small wedding we would like an accurate account of everyone coming).

Question

What to wear?

Answer

Wedding attire/Business attire - please no jeans

Question

Will there be a Dance?

Answer

We are not having a official dance, but there will be an area to dance and shake your thing in the shelter along to a playlist Jenn made for the reception.

Question

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

The Simple answer is No, we have not registered anywhere due to the fact that we have lived together for three years now and have everything we need. Just to have the honor of your presence to spend this day with us is the best gift we can hope to receive. But if you are so inclined to give us a gift, We are currently saving for a Honeymoon in Hawaii (we are planning on going in September) and a Sleep Number mattress due to Jenn's back problems that we became aware of this year so you have the option of being a part of making both of those things happen for us.

Question

Where do we park?

Answer

There is ample parking to accommodate up to 150 guests for the shelter (there should be plenty of parking throughout the park for all of you as we have less then 100 guests)

Question

What if it rains?

Answer

We have the shelter reserved for the reception if it rains the day of the wedding we will move the ceremony in the shelter as well. Otherwise we plan on having it outside across from the shelter near the river. (less then 50 feet from the shelter)
