Getting to Our Venue
Please read this before you depart! Our outdoor wedding will take place at the Newt Hollow Picnic Area within Briones Regional Park in Martinez, CA. You can use a maps app to direct you to the site, but be aware that you must enter Briones through the Bear Creek Staging Area on the west side of the park. DO NOT type "Briones Regional Park" into your GPS, as it will automatically pull up the main side of Briones on the east side of the park, and you will not be able to get to our venue from there. You MUST type "Newt Hollow Picnic Area" into your app, making sure it's programmed IN ADVANCE when you have reception. There is little to no reception in the park (so FYI, you probably can't Lyft/Uber there). We will have road signs along the route, just in case. Upon entering the Bear Creek Staging Area, you'll come to a kiosk without an attendant. There is parking just to the left of it, as well as straight ahead to the right. We recommend carpooling, as the lots serve all the park patrons. DIRECTIONS FROM 880/580: · Take 24 East through the Caldecott Tunnel · Take Exit 9, Orinda/Moraga · Turn LEFT onto Camino Pablo · In 2.3 miles, turn RIGHT onto Bear Creek Road · In 4.4 miles, turn RIGHT into Bear Creek Staging Area (1611 Bear Creek Road) DIRECTIONS FROM 680: · Take 24 west · Take Exit 9 towards Orinda · Take FIRST right off exit towards Orinda Village, then turn RIGHT onto Camino Pablo Road · Drive 2.3 miles, turn RIGHT onto Bear Creek Road · In 4.4 miles, turn RIGHT into Bear Creek Staging Area (1611 Bear Creek Road)

Getting to the Afterparty
Since there won't be adequate reception at our wedding and reception site to use a GPS app to direct you back to Oakland, we will provide printouts (old school!) with directions from there to our house, 539 58th Street. You will be able find these instructions on the "welcome table" when you arrive to our wedding. Please take one! Even if you're not going to the afterparty, the piece of paper will help you get back into reception, at least.
