This will be hosted in the Game Room that is directly up the stairs to the right of the front desk. Booze and light apps will be served. If you intend to eat dinner here, Costco style, it is possible, but not recommended. Plan is to get everyone warmed up for the welcome and then everyone will break out in their respective Bride and Groom sides and party in DC.
