We're getting married!

Patrick and Hallie were connected at the end of March 2020 via a dating app. Hallie, the diligent rule follower, refused to meet Patrick in person until Governor Northam lifted the stay at home order. Thankfully Patrick agreed, and so the two spoke over the phone for the next couple of months. (Patrick declined any FaceTime dates as he only supports Android products). They finally met in person mid-June at a library in Arlington. Hallie likes to dub their dating experience as the "Jane Austen Courtship" since their first few dates were walks outside and they couldn't touch. There is debate between the two of when their exact anniversary takes place. Luckily for them, they have a date coming up that is hard to negotiate. PS: Patrick would like everyone to know that dating during a pandemic is easy on the wallet.
