Rental Car
For those flying in, renting a car is recommended, and rental services are available at the airport. There are very limited Ubers or Lyfts in Leelanau County, where festivities will be taking place.
Travel Note
We have reserved a hotel block with Tru by Hilton in Traverse City, Michigan. This hotel is a 30-45 minute drive from Glen Arbor, where our ceremony and reception will be taking place. It is the closest “big city” with traditional lodging options. Please use the link to access special rates. You can adjust the arrival/departure date as needed. The cutoff date to reserve a room is July 6, 2026.
Travel Note
The Homestead (Glen Arbor) - a 4-star resort just a short drive from our reception venue (about 5–10 minutes). They offer a range of accommodations and plenty of on-site amenities like restaurants, a beach club, golf, pools, and spa services. *While we don’t have a formal room block, you can receive a 10% discount on reservations made over the phone vs online (you do not need to mention our names). Vacation Rentals - There are several airbnb and VRBO properties located in and around Glen Arbor. Some other nearby areas to look for a rental include Leland, Lake Leelanau, Suttons Bay, and Empire.
