Best Man
Lucas has been around since my junior year of high school. I don't even particularly remember how "Chad", as we called him in school (and still endearingly do), became embedded into my group of friends. Once he made it into the group he was right at home though and he has been one of my closest friends since then. From band and school to work and even trips to the racetrack, Chad has been there every step of the way and I'm happy to have him as my best man.
Maid of Honor
Josie and I have been best friends for more than a decade. We are more than friends, we are sisters and have simply been that way since we became friends thanks to having met in Girl Scouts and our moms being our leaders. I can't imagine a better woman to stand right beside me on this beautiful day.
Groomsman
When I think of knucklehead friends that I would die for, Peyton is an immediate pick. Peyton is the first person I really made friends with when I made it to college, specifically that first college band camp in the sweltering summer heat. Since then Peyton and I have basically shared a braincell and we've shared plenty of dumb moments and belly laughs in our time since that fateful August day in 2021.
Bridesmaid
After meeting at my crappy high school job, Alexa and I have been friends after talking about books on slow nights at Krispy Kreme. She and I have consistently talked about books for years and our friendship has only grown from a boring night at work to many nights reading, laughing, and crying together.
Groomsman
My dear little brother has constantly been a source of laughter, love, and, at times, annoyance. Even though he has spent his fair share of time terrorizing me, we've also spent our fair share of time out on adventures and having a good laugh. Will has always had an innate way to get me to laugh and, if that doesn't work, he's always been known to deliver a crushing bearhug.
Bridesmaid
Insanely enough Samantha and I met in first grade when I joined her Girl Scout troop, but didn't get to really know one another till middle school band. We played flute together, earned badges together, and became fast friends over shared meals and late nights in marching band.
Groomsman
Jarred has been in my life about as long as Angelle and I were dating. Even though we started with the older sibling dynamic in high school, we've since switched over to being the more playful and chatty "brother-in-law" type. Jarred has become my go-to on sports and NASCAR, if he doesn't have info on it, I doubt anyone does.
Junior Bridesmaid
Being one of only two of Patrick's cousins, I was elated to ask Shelby to be a bridesmaid for me. As she is entering her high school years, she has grown from a quite little girl to a kind, passionate, and sarcastic young woman.
Groomsman
Bryan gave me my second dose of the older sibling treatment. I know I bummed a ride to and from White Knoll High School from Bryan at least a time or two. Bryan has always been around to lend a hand though and his knack and love for the outdoors has saved my skin on more than one occasion, especially thinking back to Hurricane Helene.
Junior Bridesmaid
Being one of only two of Patrick's cousins, I was elated to ask Paisley to be a bridesmaid for me. Having known Paisley since she was a just a few years old she has become an extremely smart and helpful young lady.
