Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

TBD. But we have provided information on our Travel page for public transportation. The ceremony venue and reception venue are less than 2 miles apart. Our recommended hotels are walking distance to the reception venue. All locations are easily accessible with ride share services- Lyft and Uber are very popular in DC and always minutes away.

Will there be parking?

Both the ceremony and reception will have limited street parking-we do not recommend that you drive to either event. The Darcy and Kimpton Carlyle having parking. Additionally, visitors have had luck with finding more affordable parking with site: https://spothero.com/. Parking is a major issue in DC but we hope it doesn't cause major issues for you!

Will there be air conditioning?

YES! DC is hot in August (sorry...) but all events will take place inside and the venues are air conditioned.
