Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but because our venue has limited capacity, we can only reserve seats for the guests listed on the invitation. Once RSVPs are finalized, we’ll reach out if we’re able to extend any additional invitations. Thank you for helping us keep our celebration manageable!

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by Sept. 1st so we can plan accordingly!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for details of our hotel block.

We are flying in, how do we travel to Cheyenne?

Answer

We are so happy you can make it! It is cheaper to fly into DIA. Please provide your own transportation as we will be very busy the week of!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at the venue. If you are planning on drinking and staying in Cheyenne, there will be a trolley service available to pick up before the ceremony and take you back to the hotel. More details to come with times and location.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! You are totally free to take pictures after the ceremony and would love to see everyone’s POV!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:00pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

We will be having a bar with 2 free drink tickets for alcoholic beverages. Any other purchases will be on your own. Soda, water, and champagne toast will be provided. With the reception ending at 8:30, we will be bar hopping afterwards so plan accordingly.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything will be indoors since November could be chilly.
