We are taking several safety precautions, as safety is our number one priority at the wedding. Masks All guests will be required to wear a mask as much as possible. We are handing out personalized masks upon arrival, but if you like your own mask you can wear yours instead. People are not required to eat or drink with masks on. Reception Along with the ceremony, the reception will also be taking place outdoors. Seating at the reception will be assigned. Your designated seat is yours for the night. All drinks, water, lemonade, beer and wine, will be served at the bar by a bartender. Food will be plated and served by our server team. All tables will be distanced apart in the reception area. Cleanliness There will be hand sanitizing stations, Clorox wipes & Lysol placed all over the ceremony and reception. Feel free to use them liberally. We ask that people try to social distance as best as they can. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you soon!
Due to Covid-19 regulations, we have been only allowed 60 guests at the wedding. We will be sending out invitations between June 12- July 25th. We need RSVPs back ASAP, so we can continuously invite people. Thank you for your patience. If you do not receive an invitation to the wedding, you will receive a Zoom invitation to watch the wedding via Zoom. We thank you for your understanding the situation! If we do not receive your RSVP, unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you.
There are hotel blocks made for out of town guests. Please check the Travel page to see which hotels we’ve booked at. If you need accommodations closer to the wedding venue, please call Dawn Zermani, at 916 206 7185, for a room located on the wedding venue site.
The Ceremony and Reception are Adult only. We kindly ask that you leave you child/children/infant with a childcare provider at home. Thank you! If you have a special circumstance please contact the Bride.
There is a lot directly next to the ceremony and reception barn that is accessible to all people.
We are going for a Rustic, Elegant feel.
There are some options for those who are gluten free, dairy free and/or vegetarian. If you have a specific allergy, please ask the servers at the buffet if that food contains your allergen. Unfortunately, the cake is not gluten or dairy free.
There is cell phone service. However we request that you refrain from using your phone, and silence it until the ceremony is over. We've hired photographers and videographers to record the whole event, so that you can be present and enjoy this moment with us! Thank you for understanding!
Due to venue capacity and catering expenses, we ask that you please check with the bride or groom before bringing a plus one along. Thank you!
