Blake and Patrice met in Austin, TX, and shared their first couple dates over oysters and sushi - a big change up for this meat and potato guy, but just reassured he really liked this girl and would stomach as much raw fish as he needed to. P really won over Blake's heart the first time she cooked him dinner, she made sure it was meat & potatoes and dairy-free ;)
Those first few weeks spent together felt so natural and both felt in their hearts they were falling for each other quickly! In fact just after 1 month of meeting each other, Blake accompanied P as her date to her best friend's wedding in San Antonio where he met her family and all her friends. And the first time P went home with Blake to Kansas City, his family immediately felt like hers. Then, after 6 months of dating, Blake brought home the cutest, tiniest wiener dog puppy. And since then P, Blake, Oliver and Ozzy have been living as a sweet fam of 4 <3
