When should I RSVP by?

Question
Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
Answer
The ceremony will be at Evergreen Lake House, outside weather permitting. The cocktail hour will also be outside and the reception will be indoors at the same location.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dress code is semi-formal/dressy casual. Think mountain chic; guys — suits or blazers with button downs are welcome. Ladies — midi dresses, chic cocktail or flowy dresses are welcome.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Children are welcome if indicated on your invite. We welcome your kids to join in the celebration, but per parental discretion (if you want a weekend without kids, come on and party!). Please note, that children will need to be in a carseat in the shuttles, byo carseat.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have two wedding blocks reserved: - Marriott West in Golden (25-30 min to the venue) - Comfort Suites at Evergreen Parkway (10 min to the venue) Both locations will have shuttle options to and from the venue. Please see the "Travel" tab for more reservation information.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?
Answer
Parking is very limited at our venue for the ceremony/reception at Evergreen Lake House. Unfortunately given the location, Uber/Lyft generally are not reliable options either. We strongly encourage utilizing a shuttle service that we will provide to and from the hotels in our block to the venue. We also will be coordinating a schedule pick/up drop off service from AirBnb locations. Please text Patra (616-402-2092) or Ryan (262-923-0275) to let us know your lodging plans so we can plan the transportation.

What time does the reception end?
Answer
The reception will end at 10:00PM; there will be a shuttle at 10PM and likely an earlier shuttle around 9:00PM.

I am a vegetarian or have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
There will be a Welcome party for family on Friday night and an goodbye event for everyone on Sunday afternoon from 1-4PM at New Terrain Brewery, Golden CO. If you are in the area we would love to have you! Please RSVP for both events when RSVP-ing for the wedding.
