FAQs

Question

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website after receiving your invitation. Please submit your RSVP by August 4, 2026 so we can plan final details accordingly!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The children listed on your invitation are welcome to attend our wedding celebration. However, we understand if you would prefer to fly kidless for the evening. Please confirm who in your party will be attending in your RSVP.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What happens if it rains?

Answer

There is covered outdoor space at the venue should we need to stay dry. The party goes on!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking available at Bartram’s Garden. Staff will be there to guide you to the designated parking lots, should you choose to drive to the venue.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony as a courtesy to us and the professional photographers we have hired to capture this part of our day. Once the party starts though, snap away, and send us the good ones!

Question

I have a food allergy, what should I do?

Answer

We are happy to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions with the help of our caterer. Please ensure you let us know when you RSVP.

Question

How should I get to the venue?

Answer

We recommend driving to the venue, whether you drive yourself (there will be plenty of parking) or catch an Uber or a Lyft. For those staying at the hotel, a shuttle will be available to transport you to and from the wedding.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes, at the Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square. Please see the Travel page for booking information.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is garden formal. Think full- or knee-length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, a suit with a colorful shirt, or a blazer and chinos with a funky tie. The vibe is elegant, eclectic, and chic. Don’t be afraid to embrace color and patterns! The venue is outdoors and there is some uneven ground, so go with comfortable shoes. We want you to feel comfortable and look your best while helping us celebrate in style!
