Question

How to get to and from the wedding?

Answer

We will be offering a free shuttle to and from the hotels. The schedule will be sent out closer to the wedding date. Please wear a mask while riding the shuttles.

Question

We are nervous about COVID-19, what are you doing to protect the health and safety of the guests?

Answer

We will make sure that all guest tables are set up at least 6 feet apart to properly practice social distancing suggestions. Seating arrangements will be made keeping guest relations in mind. For example, placing family members or others that have had previous close contacts with one another. All venue workers (cooks, servers, bartenders etc.) will be wearing masks and gloves at all times. Hand sanitizer bottles will be placed at each table for guests to use frequently if they wish. Masks and gloves will also be provided to those guests that may forget theirs or just need an extra. Guests will also be able to choose a wristband color when entering the venue: red, yellow, or green. The wristbands take a cue from traffic lights: red equals no contact - please give me my space; yellow indicates an elbow bump is okay; green means go in for the hug or high-five. Guests are encouraged to chose a wristband color that makes them feel comfortable, and ensures other guests respect their wishes.

Question

Are masks required at the wedding?

Answer

Masks will not be required at our wedding, but they are highly recommended for the safety of other guests.
