This is an After-The-Wedding-Party! We are exchanging vows in a private ceremony on December 12, 2025. We are excited and so fortunate to have a day to celebrate with you all in April! Contrary to the Save the Dates, we did not get married 10 years ago. If that were the case, we should have filled out the Marriage License application differently…
Doors will be open to welcome guests starting at 4:00 pm. Bar will be open with light snacks available. Grab a drink and a seat before 5:00 pm—you won’t want to be late!! ;)
Dinner will be served buffet-style with choices of brisket, honey pecan chicken, cheesy hashbrowns, mac & cheese, green beans, tossed salad, and dinner rolls. Be sure to save room for dessert!

Nothing fancy, just love! Our preferred attire for guests is casual, somewhere along the lines of "Sunday Best." We want you to look and feel your best to celebrate with us! A summer dress, jumpsuit, midi or other ensemble along those lines are welcome for ladies and clean slacks or jeans and a button-down or polo shirt for guys. If it's your vibe to match the color scheme, our colors are black, shades of brown/tan, and cream.
We are not providing transportation to and from the event, but the reception venue allows for plenty of parking. Please be responsible and have a driver if you plan to be drinking! If you do not wish to drive, we suggest taking an Uber or calling for the ACCESS Bus: 785-628-1052 (note that they do stop services at 10 pm).
No wedding in Hays, America is complete without an open bar. We will be offering select wine, beer/seltzers, and signature cocktails. Come thirsty!
