A Colorado girl through and through, Marlowe feels most at home with her mountains, her beloved rave scene, and her & George's Dachshund! She is a lover of tattoos, art, & all things pink, sparkly, and glamorous. She was born & raised in Littleton, CO and is a skier, a singer, and a former ballet dancer among other things.
George Ward
Groom
George is a CO Native and a lover of the outdoors, live music, and motorsport. He is a USMC veteran and enjoys long walks with the dog, firing up the grill, and a good beer garden. In his downtime, he loves to play Xbox, go to the gym, and hang out in the mountains with Marlowe and Tessa.
Kaliya Carrillo
Maid of Honor
Kaliya entered Marlowe's life over 5 years ago, and the two have been inseparable since. The yin to Marlowe's yang, the sun to her moon, and the push to her pull, Kaliya is her best friend and soul sister. The two have been on many cross country travels together, and have shared incredible bonding experiences side by side. We have seen each other through our darkest hours, and have bonded on a level that's hard to describe. It's an incredible honor and a great joy to have her as my MOH.
Cole Carson
Best Man
George's childhood best friend, Cole grew up a few houses down in his neighborhood and the two have remained close friends ever since. They bonded over cars, games, and skiing, and it's like they've never been apart every time they reunite. Even when separated by hundreds of miles, Cole & George have stayed besties, and eventually their partners have become bffs too! Fun fact: Cole & George proposed to Sophie and Marlowe on the same day, hours apart, without telling each other they were going to do so. :)
Casey Jewell

As Marlowe's dearest friend from CU Boulder, our day wouldn't be complete without Casey! Marlowe & Casey met at the beginning of her Junior year at CU when Casey joined the rowing team where Marlowe rowed varsity, and the two quickly became fast friends. From criminally early & cold mornings together on Boulder reservoir to 3 am at EDC Orlando's mainstage, Casey has been with Marlowe through every up and down since they met. Casey & George, clicked, of course, once they were introduced, and are now close friends as well. It's an honor and a joy to have him with us on our special day!
Robert "Howie" Howard
Groomsman
George & Howard became brothers during and after their time in the USMC, and even better friends! Howie is a kind, considerate, and selfless human, and is always a call away if any of his friends or family need help. He'd give anyone in need the shirt off of his back, and has the biggest heart. We both adore him and are honored to have him standing by our side on our big day!
Skyler Keena Whitehead
Bridesmaid
Raised with Marlowe since she was born, Skyler is only a year apart in age from her and has been an incredibly important part of Marlowe's life since she was tiny. They grew up together, from learning how to ride their first horses to learning to be ballerinas. Though separated by distance, the two have remained close and it's an incredible joy that she is apart of Marlowe's bridal party.
Jonny Calvaresi

Jonny is one of George's closest friends from all the way back in elementary school. During their friendship, they have moved states away but still managed to remain close despite the distance. From making trampoline edits to playing airsoft as kids, the two have enjoyed growing up together. We are so happy to have him as a groomsman after over a decade of friendship.
Noelle Lopez

Another one of Marlowe's cousins, she is also only a year younger, and has grown up with the bride her entire life. From spending holidays together to vintage scary movie marathons, Noey is an incredibly important part of Marlowe's life and this bridal party certainly would not be the same without her!
Andrew Keena
Groomsman
Andrew is Marlowe's youngest brother, and he's become a great friend of George's as well! We so enjoy having him over at our house to hang out and play video games, and there's nothing better than listening to this virtuoso play his guitar (whether electric or acoustic). We are so incredibly honored to have him be apart of our day, and we love him to the moon and back.
Maddy Dereusseau

At Lost Lands Music Festival 2023, Marlowe and Maddy immediately clicked, grabbing hands after Maddy asked "Do you want to be friends?" with Marlowe responding "YES I DO!" and holding on tight ever since. Maddy is a bright, vibrant spirit, and to know her is to love her. Her energy is warm and kind, and she is always willing to be listening ear or a shoulder to cry on. The bride and groom are so lucky to know her and her sweet honey Jake, and we're so lucky to have her in our wedding party.
Charlie Keena

The bride's middle brother, Charlie is such a kind, thoughtful, smart young man, and it's such a blessing to share our special day with him. We're both so proud of the incredible young man he's growing into, and we can't wait to see what he does when he graduates college! We love him so much, and can't imagine our special day without him.
Sophie Carson

Sophie came into Marlowe's life through George, who's best friend Cole is her wonderful husband! A spunky, sweet, sassy little angel, Sophie is the absolute perfect match for Cole and an even better friend, and we are so incredibly lucky to be able to share this season of our lives with her as she did during her & Cole's wedding season. We were both proposed to on the same day, which was such a special, joyous day to share together. She is funny, full of life, and the best person to hang with and talk for hours. It's such an honor to have her in my bridal party, just as it was an honor to be in hers!
Peter Perkins
Groomsman
Peter has been a longtime friend of George starting all the way back in freshman year of high school. Introduced to George by Jonny, another of his groomsmen, Pete & George spent summers at the Northridge swimming and lifting in the gym, and hitting up different restaurants in Town Center. A true comedian, Pete is an easygoing, steady presence that makes those around him smile, and we are so excited to have him join us on our big day!
Sanya Raja

One of George's best friends growing up, Sanya became equally dear to Marlowe as soon as George introduced them. Sanya is brave, caring, and kind, and she's one of the most honest people we know. She's been through so much and has managed to come out a better person on the other side, and is so resilient and strong. It's an incredible honor to have her in my bridal party, and an even bigger one to call her my friend.
Alec Madesian

Alec met George through 4th grade football, bonding over their shared love for motorsport and car meets. Close friends from elementary school, Alec is funny, generous, and always willing to lend a hand. Even though Alec was instrumental in having a napping George thrown in the AirBNB pool, we still love him and can't wait to party with him on our best day!
Cat Va

Another one of George's childhood friends, Cat & Marlowe quickly bonded and became very close to each other over the last few years. Cat is sweet, funny, and kind, and she's an incredible conversationalist! Our favorite thing to do together is sit and talk for hours. She's seen some ugly moments of mine and stayed anyways, which is the greatest gift. It's an honor to have her in my bridal party, and I'm so excited to share our day with her!
Nick Fitts

Nick has been a friend of Marlowe (and her brother Charlie) and George for nearly 10 years, meeting Charlie in high school and then Marlowe (and then George) a few years after that. Nick is a loyal friend and one of our favorite people to travel, party, and have fun with, whether that's at a show or during a day at the park. His girlfriend Kaliya is Marlowe's Maid of Honor, and we knew our party wouldn't be complete without him in it. We're so incredibly lucky to have him and we love him a ton!

George's younger sister is so incredibly special to the both of us, that even though she can't participate in a bachelorette trip or other grown up bridesmaid activities, we wanted her in our wedding party as a Jr. Bridesmaid & our flower girl all the same. She is such a fun, fabulous girl that's growing into a fun & fabulous young lady! We are so incredibly blessed by her, and we love her so much.

Friends from 2nd grade, Zach & George grew up in the same neighborhood and have been buds even as they've been separated by distance. Through airsoft battles and late night video game sleepovers as well as playing on the same football team in 4th grade, the two have remained great friends and it's a joy to have such a funny, caring, nice dude in our wedding party.
Tessa Lou Keena Ward
Princess Puppy Bebecita (and Ring Bearer)
Our baby girl! The tiniest cutest black & cream Dachshund with the BIGGEST personality, Tessa is beloved by all, and loves all humans back just as much. She is sassy, spunky, and playful (though sometimes a menace). She is the light of our lives and our world wouldn't be at all the same without her in it.
