Such a beautiful & DELICIOUS local spot just a hop skip and a jump away from the venue! We love to eat here and stroll around Golden's shops & arts district.
The world famous Red Rocks Park & Amphitheater is our favorite concert venue where we've spent many an evening dancing the night away together. Go hike it during the day or watch the sun rise, or attend a show if you arrive early in the week enough!
George & Marlowe love trains and the old west, especially the famous Big Boy steam engine! Admission here is cheap ($10) and you're free to walk the grounds and explore their incredible collection or take a train ride!
Our favorite breakfast joint, Lucile's is the perfect brunch spot on a nice morning, you truly can't go wrong with anything on their menu! Marlowe orders Eggs Eisenhower with a side of grits and a mimosa, and George orders a big bowl of Lucile's famous gumbo with a Cuban OJ.
Our favorite leaf peeping spot and scenic byway, the fall colors will be popping the week of our wedding, definitely a great time to go see the Aspen as they turn a brilliant gold.
An extra special location for us as we got engaged here (eek!), Hudson Gardens is a massive botanic garden with beautiful seasonal displays and events to do walking tours through!
We've enjoyed some beautiful Valentine's Day dinners at The Velvet Cellar! A little on the pricier side, but 1000% worth it. Their cocktails & their menu options are absolutely to die for!
A gorgeous & SUPER easy hike in the foothills of the Rockies, we love to come here and have a picnic or take a stroll through the woods. The colors will be gorgeous the week of our wedding, head up and take a look!
