Hotel
This is where the Bride & Groom will be staying. It is located about a 25 minute drive from the wedding venue. The shuttle to the venue will also be leaving from here. Rooms in our block are no longer available, but you are still able to book a room at the hotel's regular rates, starting at $159/night.

The Hilton is located directly next door to the Residence Inn. The two hotels even share the same parking lot. Rooms in our block are no longer available, but you are still able to book a room at the hotel's regular rates, starting at $140/night.
Shuttle

A shuttle will be available to take guests from the Residence Inn to the venue and back. Busses will depart the hotel at 2:30pm and 2:45pm.
Flight
Closest major airport to the hotel and venue, located about 30 miles (~33 minute drive) away. The airport offers bus/taxi services, on-site car rentals, as well as the option to book a ride share (Uber/Lyft). Village Taxi, the on-site Taxi service at MacArthur Airport, also offers travelers a $5 shuttle ride to the Ronkonkoma station of the Long Island Railroad, which is located just north of Airport Terminal.

JFK and LaGuardia (NYC) airports are about 70 miles away Newark (NJ) airport is about 97 miles
Train
The LIRR Ronkonkoma Branch runs from New York - Penn Station to Riverhead, and even continues on to Greenport. Travel time to Riverhead from NYC is about 2.5 hours. Guests who are flying in to MacArthur can take a $5 shuttle ride to the Ronkonkoma station of the Long Island Railroad. Travel time to Riverhead from Ronkonkoma is about 45 minutes,
