After being a couple for twelve years, moving to and from multiple cities and eventually buying a house, we don't need the same things as most newlyweds-- Honestly, we just need a vacation!
Between being able to have the time (and PTO) to travel, making arrangements for our dog(s) to be watched or boarded, and justifying all of the costs without impacting our savings... traveling is simply a luxury. We've been fortunate enough to go on some amazing family vacations over the years, but have actually only taken a trip by ourselves three times! As much as we adore exploring Minneapolis and Minnesota in general, we would really love to make some memories outside of the midwest for a change, so we're asking for contributions to our Honeymoon / Travel Fund in place of traditional gifts.
(We understand that some people may have physical gifts in mind, or not wish to donate over the internet. We will still have an area at our wedding to place any cards or gifts you choose to give)
