Please visit https://www.premiercustomtravel.com/jonandbrett or contact Chris Grum at Premier Custom Travel at 281-301-5818 or chris@premiercustomtravel.com. If you do not book with Chris, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to be included in a couple of on board activities we are planning.
We have two blocks of rooms reserved for 9/19-9/22 (you do NOT need to reserve all three nights to receive the room block rate) at the Tremont House and Home2 Suites. Links to check availability, rates, and reserve your room can be found under the "Galveston" tab of this website.
The two major airports serving Galveston are William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) and George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). Hobby (HOU) is the closer of the two to Galveston, and is a focus airport for Southwest Airlines. Bush (IAH) is the larger of the two, but is further away from Galveston (just over an hour driving, without traffic). IAH is a major hub for United Airlines.
Guests flying in can look into utilizing Galveston Express's shuttle offerings at their website: https://galvestonexpress.com/ Alternatives include ride share services like Uber or Lyft, or renting a car.
Other than the ceremony and reception, we aren't asking for any of your time. We want you to enjoy your vacation in whatever fashion you would like! That being said, we will be very public with the places we'll be and activities we'll be participating in for anyone and everyone to join as much, or as little, as they want to. Once on board, we'll communicate a few special things we'd like to have everyone join in for, but do not feel obligated by any means. This is your vacation - enjoy it as you wish!
Absolutely! Any and all spouses, children, parents, friends, family, etc. are welcome to sail and attend the ceremony and reception.
YouTube is a great resource for information about the ship, its venues, and even individual stateroom categories, along with the various ports. Chris Grum, our travel agent, is also a valuable resource. He can be reached at 281-308-5818.
Phone calls, texts, emails, FaceTimes, smoke signals, and notes sent via carrier pigeon all work to reach Jon or Brett with any questions you have.
