Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

The ceremony and reception will both be held at The Inn at Leola Village, 38 Deborah Dr. Leola, PA 17540.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive no later than 4:20pm.

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP via our website no later than September 29, 2025. If you do not RSVP by the deadline, we will assume you are not coming and will not have a seat for you. An RSVP tab will be added to our website following our invitations being sent out, so stayed tuned! Thank you!

Is there an option to stay over night?

Answer

We have a block of rooms on site at the venue at The Inn at Leola Village, as well as a block of rooms not far down the road at The Comfort Inn Amish Country. Please note that all blocked rooms and availability are first come first serve. Please see the Accommodations tab for more information. Thank you!

Will there be transportation to and from the venue/hotel?

Answer

At this time, we do not have a shuttle booked. The hotel is close by and you will need to have your own transportation planned to and from the venue.

Where should I park?

Answer

You may park in any spot throughout the venue parking lot. All buildings are within walking distance of each other.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We would like to keep our wedding more intimate with only immediate family and close friends. We can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we would love to have included kids at our wedding, our wedding venue states that the historic nature and relaxing ambiance is not conducive for children. We hope you can understand and can enjoy a fun night out!

Is there a dress code?

We would love for you to dress up with us for the night! We are requesting semi-formal or formal attire for the duration of our event.
