We met online originally and found out later that we had a mutual family friend connection. Natalie likes to say, "We should have met in another life." Dave used to work with Jeff Divito, one of Natalie's Dad's closest friends. He was battling cancer and unfortunately passed away 8 months prior to us meeting, but was a very important part in both of our lives. There were multiple close encounters that could have happened between us before we actually met and didn't. We both attended Jeff's Battle Ride, as well as his funeral. Natalie likes to think that Dave was a gift from Jeff, just dropped on her door step. Our first date was dinner and axe throwing. If you know Natalie, you know how competitive she is. So if Dave stuck around after axe throwing, we knew it was a perfect match. In the beginning, we bonded over our love for Mario and Harry Potter, as well as the Eagles. Go Birds!! Thirteen months later, we moved in together. Since then, we bought our own home and continue to raise our fun loving animals, Sora, Sacha, and Everly. We are excited to see what the future has in store for us!
