They may or may not be able to accomodate. _______________ We have a special group rate of $122/night for 1 king/2 queen standard rooms for the wedding. We currently have 15 rooms in the room block. Once these are booked up - they will release more. There are other room types available that also have a lower rate through our booking link. *Please Note: Breakfast is NOT included at this rate.* The area offers a ton of options in walking distance or a short-drive. Wedding Party/Rehearsal: If you are in the wedding party - please plan to arrive at the hotel NO LATER than 11 am on Saturday, October 12. We will go to the Wedding Venue around 12:15 pm for the rehearsal at 1 pm. Following the rehearsal at the venue, we will head back to the hotel to get changed for dinner. The rehearsal dinner is about 8 mins from the hotel. Booking Dates: The dates are automatically set from Thursday - Tuesday. This was done by the hotel intentionally to ensure we have plenty of rooms available and non-wedding guests don’t over lap with our bookings. At minimum, we recommend booking from Saturday - Monday. Check-in is too late in the day for you to come on Sunday and make it on the last shuttle to the wedding venue on time. Additional Info: It’s OU/TX weekend and we encourage you to book sooner rather than later! Please book your room sooner rather than later. This is important for us to be make sure that we have enough rooms for everyone at the hotel. We also need everyone to book in order to ensure we have enough shuttles for transport to and from the wedding.
