Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation didn’t specify a plus one, please reach out to us about wanting to bring someone! This means we aren’t planning on the extra guest budget wise and food wise, and we won’t know if we can make accommodations for them to attend until invited guests RSVP.

Is there a dress code? Are there any colors I shouldn’t wear?

Answer

Semi-formal! Ex: dresses, jumpsuit, heels, sandals, suits, collared shirt & dress pants, dress shoes I would ask that ladies do not wear white. My bridesmaid dress colors are sage green but other than that no color is off limits!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love kiddos & certainly don’t want that to be the only reason you can’t celebrate with us, the venue isn’t super kid friendly and we want parents to enjoy a well deserved break! Please reach out to us with specific questions about this and we will try our best to accommodate!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking is available at the venue- the Bedford Village Inn

When should I RSVP by? What is the best way to RSVP?

Answer

As soon as possible! Please RSVP atleast 6 weeks of a RSVP prior to the wedding so we are able to send our guest list to the wedding coordinator. Online RSVP’s through this website would be ideal, but you can also text me Marina if you are unable to use the website.

I received my Save The Date, now what?

Answer

I am going to send out invitations 4 months prior to the big day, then I will need you to RSVP! Until then, you can sit tight and get excited!

Is it open bar or cash bar?

Answer

There will be a cash bar during the reception.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:30 pm. I would suggest arriving between 5 and 5:15 to secure a seat, grab some water, and get settled prior to the beginning of the ceremony!

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

The ceremony is outside as long as the weather cooperates! The reception is indoors.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be 3 different dinner options, one vegetarian and two meat entrees. If you have any allergies or restrictions, text Marina and she will reach out to the coordinator to see how we can accommodate.

I RSVP’d and said I was coming but now I can’t make it, what should I do?

Answer

Please just let us know as soon as you know that you or your guest that RSVP’d ‘yes’ is unable to come now. The sooner we know may allow us to save some $ or allow us to invite others who otherwise would not be able to join us due to budget limitations.
